Fortune 024 - is a small utility that display a fortune message every time you start it. Place an Alias in your "Startup Items" folder (inside your system folder) for a real Unix feeling. Simply press one of the following keys to get rid of the display: <space>, <return>, <enter>, <esc> or <Q>. If you don't like the saying, press <right arrow> or <keypad +> to get the next one, or press <left arrow> or <keypad -> to review the latest sayings. Fortune doesn't choose the sayings randomly but in sequencial order. I don't think this is a problem since there are usually thousands of them in the database, but if you are browsing back (e.g. with <left arrow>, you might get the same ones again and again. System requirements: Fortune should run on any Mac with at least a 68020 Processor. System 7 is recommended but it should run on System 6.
